Where You Can Help
Front of House
You're the first face our audience sees. Front of house volunteers welcome guests, help with ticketing, manage seating, and make sure everyone feels at home from the moment they walk in. Warm, friendly and organised? This one's for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT — Event day availability, usually 3 to 5 hours per show.
Logistics & Operations
The behind-the-scenes engine that keeps everything moving. Logistics volunteers help coordinate materials, manage timelines, support transport and setup, and generally make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
WHAT TO EXPECT — Involvement before, during, and sometimes after events. Good for detail-oriented people.
Stage Hands
You'll be the muscle and the magic. Stage hands assist with set construction, scene changes, equipment setup and breakdown, and anything the production team needs on the ground.
WHAT TO EXPECT — Physical work, early call times, and a front-row seat to how theatre actually gets made.
Actor Substitutes
For those with a performance background who can step in when needed. Actor substitutes must be available at short notice and should be comfortable learning lines and blocking quickly. This role requires a brief vetting process and conversation with our creative director before being added to our substitute pool.
WHAT TO EXPECT — Irregular availability required. You may not always be called on, but when you are, it matters.
Assistant Costumiers & Stylists
Help bring our characters to life through clothing, accessories and styling. Assistant costumiers support fittings, manage costume continuity, assist with repairs, and help maintain the overall visual identity of our productions.
WHAT TO EXPECT — Pre-production involvement. Sewing or styling experience is a plus but not required.
General Event Helpers
Not sure which role fits? That's okay. General event helpers fill in wherever they're needed, from running errands and setting up spaces to supporting other volunteers on the day. Flexible, dependable and eager to help is all we ask.
WHAT TO EXPECT — Varied tasks. Great for first-time volunteers.
